This blog is dedicated to sharing photographs and historical documents relating to Peter Wayne Selner and his family and descendants. Many of these photographs were collected by my grandmother, Marian (Dawson) Selner (1913-2001) and have been passed down to me. Some are identified and some are not. They are posted in no specific order.

Glenn Jacob Selner

This is my grandfather, Glenn Jacob Selner. He was born 24 June 1899 in Osceola, St. Joseph County, Indiana. He was married first to Daisy Fern Paulus on 24 January 1921 and had five children before Daisy died in 1930. The children of this marriage are: Lucille Marie, Ruby Louise, Glenn Alvin "Bud", Margie Lou, and Harold Ray Selner.

Glenn married second to Marion Viola Dawson on 7 February 1931 in Mishawaka, St. Joseph County, Indiana. From this marriage, three additional children were born. They are Connie Jean, Sherry Ann, and Dennis Selner.

Glenn Jacob Selner died on 26 December 1970 in Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida. He is buried in Chapel Hill Cemetery, Osceola, St. Joseph County, Indiana.
